Ferencváros vs Viktoria Plzeň preview: a third season in a row against each other
Ferencváros host Viktoria Plzeň in Budapest (21:00 CEST). Ferencváros won 3-1 at Celtic on matchday one, although they have drawn their last two league games. Plzeň lost 3-0 at home to Union Saint-Gilloise in their opener, but beat Mladá Boleslav 3-0 on Saturday.
The clubs meet for the third season running. In the 2025 knockout play-offs Plzeň overturned a 1-0 first-leg defeat with a 3-0 home win, and last season's league-phase game in Budapest ended 1-1.
Ferencváros are without Ötvös, Pappoe and Bero. Plzeň are missing Paluska, Vydra and Jemelka.
